I am grateful to have discovered this MasterMind Group because I am starting over. It has been a desire for me to begin a group such as this. I have made several attempts to no avail. But I continue to press on. My desire is to fullfill all of my dreams and those which are similar to your mission: to reach mankind. To help any and all who would simply reach out.

I too come from a family with a business background. My grand-father was the entrepreneurial spark in my family. My Dad and his two brothers went on to own retail hardware stores independent of one another.The sad part is the coheasiveness was missing.

  I'm grateful Chris that you understood  your Dad's vision.

The desire for me was to see the brother's work together as a family. If one business was not prospering then my desire was to see, what I believed to be the natural occurence, with the stronger assisting the weaker, but that was not always the case. Two of the brothers have since passed on, Dad being one, leaving the remaining brother, who incidentally has inherited two businesses by default.

But enough of that. I had the pleasure of owning a retail women's apparel biz and ran it successfully for more than 10 years. My weakness was my lack of money management skills. Then I closed it foolishly during a trying emotional time. It seems since that time struggling from one job to the next, I have been fighting the financial battle to return to my passion; working for myself.

 So In the meantime while searching my inner soul for the answer to, how to return to working for myself, this was revealed. I loved travel, it is indeed a passion, so to generate cash flow, I became a travel agent working from home.

Then the opportunity to write and publish my first book: "Up, Up and Away: The Complete Guide To Commecial Air Travel In America Today" Traffod Publishing, arose out of this action. The challege with this project has been marketing. I have held several local book signings, and the book is listed on Amazon. But still I am in need of making a bigger impact financially to be able to thrive and help others move along the same path.

I have several business ideas some inventive, an expo, a snack food idea in a tourist environment, a local ad paper and more. But without funding or even a group of individuals who really care enough to serve as a sounding board and a support system, they stay on the paper where they are written.
