Peggy graduated from Suffolk University in 1991 with a BS in Communications and Political Science. In 1991 she began her career as a recruiting consultant with the McCormick Group, a very successful firm based out of the DC area. She was "Corporate Rookie of the Year" in 1995 and in the Presidents’ Circle every year.
In 1999 she founded Millennium Recruiting, a recruiting consultancy specializing in executive search in the health insurance industry. She successfully grew and managed the firm with a total of 6 employees while increasing company revenue that has allowed her to live a very comfortable lifestyle with homes in Boston and Florida.
Currently living in Florida and retaining the ownership of Millennium Recruiting with one employee and a partner, she found herself wanting to take a break from the recruiting business. Today she has found an exciting start-up company called FreshPeek. A father and son privately owned business with a vision of “Creating High Visibility For Today’s Entrepreneurs” as the core of the company. Peggy finds herself playing an important role for FreshPeek in sales development and lead generation.
Her focus is marketing and the selling of a product called the “JumpStart”. A website development package that offers the design of a high end website and the integration of the client into the FreshPeek site, creating immediate high visibility for the business.
