Looking to take my investing to the next level. | |  | | I currently am a novice investor. I am still in college, for a business/economics degree, and live in my first "fixer-upper," while using what little extra money I make to do repairs. However, now that it's become a tow and a half year process, I know it's time to kick it up a notch, get this house rented out, and purchase the next one, with the help and investment of like-minded individuals who know that the Austin real estate market is still a great market to be buying and holding properties in. I think I'm sitting on top of a gold mine and just don't know how to dig there by myself, and can't afford things like a "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" coach. I also need a steady income that pays above my cost-of-living, so that I am able to contribute more to my investments. |
