• You will receive a copy of selected video clips and photos during your events in order to use them in your own promotional strategies. Does not include the full-length episodes, but includes video clips from the episodes.

• Highly professional in manner and appearance.
• Very flexible and adaptive and be able to get stuff done.

One Company or Individual responsible for planning and coordinating special events during the 6 weeks of BootCamp. When it comes to the events, the buck stops with you. We will rely on you to make the events happen in a professional manner.

• Full compensation for your service paid in a timely manner.
• At each event you plan, we will introduce you as the event planner and thank you for the great job which will be captured on video.
• You are free to visit the Boot Camp mansion during scheduled times and participate in helping the participants achieve their goals which will all be captured on video.
• Optional Event: You may present any Boot Camp participant with either a cash or product placement sponsorship. If you sponsor a participant, you will be showcased as one of their sponsors and be featured when their business is launched.

• Local to Palm Beach and must have experience planning and coordinating previous events.
• We prefer someone with strong contacts in Boca Raton and the South Florida area.
• Be able to arrange for and manage any personnel needed to carry out the function.
• Simply put, make the event happen and create the "Wow".

One Company or person responsible for the live video equipment and capturing system through the mansion. We intend to make selected rooms available with live video feed but to also need to capture the video so that it can be edited and redisplayed on our website for future viewing. The video should be of good quality and cameras will be activated by motion sensors. You will be responsible for selecting the type of equipment along with installation and dismantelling after the BootCamp has ended.

• You must be able to design an entire system adequate to handle our needs.
• Must be able to purchase, install, setup, test, maintain and dismantle the equipment.

You will develop an easy to understand program of the Basic Building Blocks of Health to teach people what the body needs to sustain a well balanced environment. It will also include a six week transition program into this new lifestyle. The information provided must be able to be substantiated from more than one source (ie: not just someone's opinion). This nutritional program will then become the "FreshPeek Nutrition Program" designed by you and featuring you the the videos, materials and website.

Will will be developing a Health section of the website, featuring you and the Health program along with the Trainer. We will work with you and provide various resources to you for the development of this program. You are free to continue to develop and maintain your activities outside of FreshPeek.

• Your logo is featured as the Nutritionist at the beginning of the video for your event and various clips from the event.
• You have the opportunity to tell your story of how you began your career.
• If there is a participant in your field of business, you are free to visit the Boot Camp mansion during scheduled times and take part in helping the participant achieve their goals.

• We will help arrange through our publicist (as best as possible) for your event to be published in one of your industry magazines.

• Your business, products and/or services must comply with our Policies.
• You or a representative(s) should be available to participate in the event.

Catering Service for the following types of events:

• Elegant Events at the Mansion - These will be indoors and require wait staff. With an elegant touch, we are looking at fine dining two nights per week.
• Elegant Events away from the Mansion - One or two events such as an elegant evening on a yacht.
• Sport / Outdoor Events away from the Mansion - Outdoor events during the day.
• Catering to Film Crew at the mansion- Daily lunches Monday through Friday, mostly behind the scenes. You will have the opportunity to tell your story on camera.
• Catering to Film Crew away from the mansion - Event oriented and mostly behind the scenes. You will have the opportunity to tell your story on camera.

One Company responsible for providing all limousine transportation during the 6 weeks of BootCamp. Most events will be scheduled, but you must be flexible enough to handle spontaneous events. We are a professional group so there will not be any rock & roll limo rides (smile).

One Company responsible for providing general residential cleaning of the mansion 1-2 times per week during the 6 weeks of BootCamp. Also, cleanup after special events, maybe 2-3 per week, mostly evenings. You will also be contracted to do a "spic & span" cleanup of the mansion the week after BootCamp ends. We are a professional group, so we expect our participants to act clean.

• Must be available a couple of nights per week for special events.
• Must be able to steam clean carpets (no dry cleaning).
• Have all your own cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Handle any and all aspects of residential cleaning.

A general physican located in Boca Raton to perform physicals on incoming participants and be on call for emergencies.
